Graduates & Post Graduates experienced in operations & support with expertise in Vendor management, Procurement and Inventory management in a product based IT company. Ability to handle clients with technical team support on installation & other internal coordination at all levels within the organization. Executives with experience in inter department coordination can apply.

  • Graduates with previous experience in operations & support related role
  • Strong administration skills – Organized, thorough, system orientated with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy and typing skills
  • Creating a positive impression with the professional manner and to continually strive to deliver excellent technical client support service
  • Identifying new Vendors & negotiating with them on terms & maintain good relationship with existing Vendors
  • Procurement is a key aspect and visiting vendor premises as part of evaluation
  • Internal Stock keeping, planning based on re-order levels and inventory management
  • Ensuring device installation team completes the task as per the schedule
  • Handling device related escalation from clients & handles it amicable way to provide solution
  • Ensuring QMS (ISO 9001 2015) related activities of the organization will all the departments
  • Reasonable Travel on purchase of peripherals/components
  • Being part of the team representing the company attending Trade Shows
