Introduction

Trinetra was approached by a Fleet Manager of a reputed logistics and transport company operating all over the country. They were looking at ways to improve the productivity with detailed data insights to identify violations and breaches. The solution needed had to improve upon fuel efficiency and productivity.
 
 
 

The Problem Outline

Our team got a briefing from the client and then discussed to identify their pain points. Their trucks required sensors for live Temperature Monitoring and alerts, to trigger Door open and close alerts and Temperature alert on door operation and event based alerts. They required also In-cabin Alerts on temperature breaches.

The solution hey needed has to Improve fleet productivity with help of detailed data insights. Real time critical insights are provided by the software solution tracking and monitoring specified parameters. This monitoring system uses GPS and makes sure that driver behaving properly during journey. The system helps to Identify the violations, mainly of the temperature breaches and improve thereby productivity

They wanted photographs and text messages/mail alerts to be triggered whenever needed.
