Since they deal with 1000+ vehicles per day against the requirement from the customer, they were in need of a solution bridge to fill the gap to automate vendor and customer relation. Their business need included elimination of manual error, quick TAT, increased visibility of the vehicle, etc,
The client was provided with the robust solution from Trinetra. Trinetra was integrated with their existing system that was in place for handling both customer and the vendor. If they receive any request from the customer the client will be alerted and they can help them from which vendor to choose which type of vehicle to fulfill their requirement and what is the history of transaction between the vendors.
On the other part Trinetra provides real time location update on the vehicle, message details help customer to estimate the time of arrival so that they can plan the day accordingly. In addition to the above features the client was enabled with all type of reports which automated the entire system and in turn scheduled to send to their mail-id.
